Drive shaft of the agency. After travelling, backpacking and wondering around the whole world for 15 years and graduating from Management & Informational Technology, Domen put his dreams into reality and established outdoor adventures agency in 2004.

Since than he is 100% devoted to 3glav adventures, which became his lifestyle. During the summer season (3glav operates every year from April till October) he is mostly in the office, behind a computer or... ok, well... sometimes in a local pub - it's a part of job. :)

Every winter he flies away for the search of the sun and travels for few months, always getting back with some fresh ideas.

He truly loves his job! Biggest award for him are HAPPY :) clients.

All-arounder and 'vice-president' of 3glav that no task is strange to him, from the office to the great outdoors. He needs to be in action every day, but also likes to meet nice people while he works in the office.

He used to be a cross-country mountain biking competitor and now he likes to take our guests to exciting and scenic Emerald River Adventures around the beautiful area of Triglav National Park and Julian Alps ~ you can also join him on a bike, in the kayak or on the snowboard, he is up for anything.

Very kind girl (sometimes too kind :), Tina is great in all ways! She got a lot of experiences working at many different jobs, also on a cruise ships around the world and after that she graduated at Tourism Faculty.

If you don't meet her in our office, you will meet her on the Emerald River Adventure ~ where she does an excellent job as a very interesting guide, driver and photographer ~ all at the same time.

ROBERT ZEROVEC ~ CANYONING BOB

He used to be a paraglider, sky-diver, alpine & ice climber, mountain biker, but he traded all for CANYONING ~ well almost all ~ he is still an active member of the national mountain rescue team.

Canyoning Bob is the only professional guide in Slovenia who lives only from canyoning. Canyoning is his sport, his work, his hobby & his life.

He loves to show the beautiful canyons of Slovenia to our guests and have fun with them - in the canyons and latter in the pub. His rule number one is SAFETY FIRST & rule number two CLEAN WETSUITS! :)

Tevz comes from Ljubljana but has his roots at Bled. He joined the team in 2007 and has been guiding our guests since then.

On a free day during the season he explores new bike routes in mountains near Bled or joins the emerald trip and paddles along the rafts on his favorite river so far –Soča.

Winter is no time for hibernation! You can see him skiing, cross country skiing, ice – skating or even shoveling snow around the house. :)

His to do list: white-water kayaking in Scandinavia, ski the best powder snow in North America and travel to New Zealand!

The Rock is very knowledgeable of many interesting things and facts of our great outdoors ~ facts about the nature, mountains or history. He has many local stories and legends to tell.

BIG Andy is what you would call the real extreme water rat that rocks the rivers and the la..la..lakes. He is unbeatable national champion in rafting ~ outsider category for many years now.

He graduated from Telecommunications Science, but says he'll save and use his university degree in his older days. Now he prefers to breathe fresh air and meet nice people. Andrej is one of the best rafting, canyoning and kayaking guides ever, as well as very patient kayaking instructor.

Off season he can be seen kayaking on Zambezi river, discovering new canyons in SE Asia or lost with bike in some remote jungles on the other side of the world.

He has great passion for long and high flights with his paraglider. In his long paragliding career he gained a lot of precious experience and also some world best achievements - world record in paragliding tandem; out-and-return he glided with a passenger non-stop for 9.5 hours and covered 153.9 kilometres.

He is manager of our commercial tandem paragliding team and takes care that all our guests feel good before each take of from the mountain.

This young, energetic and remarkable sportsman is in love with nature and especially the sky. He knows no limits, but plays the game on the safe side. At the moment Domen works for the Slovenian armed forces as a parachute jumper.

Is he a superman or just a regular guy? With over 10.000 jumps behind, he spent more time in the air than on the ground we could say he is our superman.

Matt is very enthusiastic about tandem sky-diving and with his strong will he got resources for a new sky-diving airplane, so we can take sky-diving anyone who wants to get best adrenaline rush ever - anytime!

They are twins, but more important remarkable climbers! They are relatively young, but already showed successful results at the climbing world cup competitions and appeared in some international magazines.

Rock climbing, free climbing, freak climbing, speed climbing, ice climbing, you name it ~ they must be there as soon as they hear the word climbing.

They are great guys! Keep up with good work!

LUKA REBRŠAK ~ KUKI

Kuki is for sure the best white water creeking kayaker and wake boarder far around. He is the one who dares!

He loves big drops, 20 meters high waterfall is not an opstical for him, as long as there's enough water flowing he will ride the boat down.

In his 'free' time he services snowboards for Slovenian team so well that they just fly down the white slopes. It is his guilt that we got a snowboarding world cup champion this year. ;)

Born in Holland, he discovered great outdoors of Slovenia when he came over here with his parents for holidays as a little boy. Little Roli has grown up, worked as a white water rafting guide on the rivers of Colorado, US and other parts of the world and than moved to Slovenia for good.

He's a total 100% outdoor guy, best entertainer you can get on the rafts floating down the crystal Soca river and a great guide you can rely-on in the middle of the canyons of the Soca valley.

JURE ZVAN

Jure established a local sports & activities club as a very keen snowboarder and surfer back in early 90's.

Few years latter, in 1996 he discovered scuba diving and has become certified CMAS 4 star diver since than with more than 400 dives so far. He did most dives in the Adriatic Sea and lake Bled, but has also dived in the lakes around Italy and Austria as well as some tropical places.

As he lives by the lake Bled, he is very enthusiastic to show quite different underworld of the lake with surprising numbers and size of fish.

Vid is currently studying at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty for Maritime and Transport studies.

He has been snowboarding for 11 years and is an experienced competitor.

Any kind of adventure or sport is not strange to him.

Modern winter Robin Hood - enough said. Andrej used to be a member of the Slovene biathlon team and than changed the gun for a bow. He definitely picked the right sport, because in the year 2002 he became the best in the archery biathlon world cup competition.
